Bhawna Piplani brings a rare combination of qualifications to the practice, allowing clients to move seamlessly between corporate, contentious and advisory matters without assembling a patchwork of separate advisors. As a Company Secretary, she understands the machinery of corporate governance from the inside. As an Advocate-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India, she carries the standing to represent clients at the highest court in the country. As a Trademark Attorney, she protects the brands and creations that give businesses their edge. And as a Registered Valuer for Securities or Financial Assets (SFA), she brings disciplined, independent judgement to matters where numbers must withstand scrutiny.
